凡於本網店或指定陳列點購買任何型號血壓計、血氧儀及溫度計,由銷售發票日期開始計算之五年內,於正常使用的情況而非人為因素而導致故障 (例如:錯誤操作、錯誤接駁電源、惡意行為、疏忽使用、有液體及污穢物滲入機內、意外事件、天然災害或武力破壞引致任何損壞等),均享有免費上門維修及更換服務。而以下地區則祗會於市區指定地點進行產品檢測保養服務:迪士尼公園、赤鱲角、流浮山、沙頭角、離島及非香港範圍。 備註: 為避免因發票遺失而影響維修保養,可將發票相片傳送至客戶支援以 WhatsApp/ WeChat +852 9097 6034 以作保養登記。 本公司保留所有關於保養條件、檢測地點及更換服務進行解釋的權利,並擁有完全的酌情決定權。
Five Year On-Site Warranty
For any blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter or thermometer purchased from this online store or designated display shops, five years on-site maintenance support will be provided with commencing from the date of sales invoice. However, it does not apply to any damage caused by misuse, misapplication of electricity, malicious acts, negligence inflow of any liquid dirt, accident, natural calamities, or physical force. Also, the on-site maintenance services will only be carried out at designated urban locations for the following area: Disneyland, Chek Lap Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Sha Tau Kok, Outlying Islands or non-Hong Kong areas. Note: To avoid affecting repairs and maintenance due to invoices losing, you can send a photo of the invoice to customer support via WhatsApp/WeChat +852 9097 6034 for warranty registration. The company reserves the right to interpret all matters concerning maintenance conditions, inspection locations, and replacement services, and has absolute discretion to make such decisions.
