五年上門保養服務，祗提供予於本網店及指定陳列點購買之任何NISSEI血壓計、血氧儀及溫度計。於正常使用的情況而非人為因素而導致故障 (例如：錯誤操作、錯誤接駁電源、惡意行為、疏忽使用、有液體及污穢物滲入機內、意外事件、天然災害或武力破壞引致任何損壞等)，均會即時更換新機。而以下地區則祗會於市區指定地點進行產品檢測及更換服務：迪士尼公園、赤鱲角、流浮山、沙頭角、離島及非香港範圍。
本公司保留所有關於保養條件、檢測地點及更換新機進行解釋的最终權利，並擁有完全的酌情決定權。
備註: 為避免因發票遺失而影響維修保養，可將發票相片傳送至客戶支援以 WhatsApp/ WeChat +852 9097 6034 以作保養登記。
Five years on-site maintenance service is provided exclusively for NISSEI blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter or thermometer purchased from this online store or designated display shops. A replacement unit will be provided immediately of a malfunction resulting from normal use excluding issues caused by human factors (such as improper operation, incorrect power connection, malicious acts, negligence, ingress of liquid or contaminants, accident, natural disasters, or physical damage). Also, the on-site maintenance services will only be carried out at designated urban locations for the following area: Disneyland, Chek Lap Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Sha Tau Kok, Outlying Islands or non-Hong Kong areas.
The company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding repair terms, inspection locations, and product replacement matters.
